Womb & Belly Work

From menarche to menopause and beyond. Womb Continuum sessions are for the full spectrum of a woman’s life; Maiden, Mother, Maga, Crone.

Women’s belly’s are meant to be soft and supple not hard and rigid.

The majority of women are living with rigid immobile bellies that are full of adhesion, scar tissue, and inflammation from how we live, how we move or don’t move our bodies, shoes we wear, to a lifetime of sucking our bellies in.

In womb & belly sessions we go slowly, working through all the layers to create softening and space for blood and lymph to flow and organs to breathe.

You might experience some discomfort as we work through the superficial fascial layers to realign your body. Creating this space allows your tissues and cells to reorganize and transition into healing.

Belly & womb care sessions are 90 minutes in length, this is a co-creation where you are an active participant in what we are doing. This is not a relaxation massage, but therapeutic bodywork.

This work is beneficial for all women, especially those who are postpartum, have belly scar tissue (surgeries, caesarean etc), painful, stagnant, or clotted periods, heavy periods, irregular cycles, PMS, digestive issues, or need pre-conception and fertility support.

It is also supportive for women who have endometriosis, fibroids, cysts and polyps, miscarriage and abortion support, postpartum care and birth healing, hysterectomy healing, hormonal imbalances, digestive organ inflammation and dis-ease, breast health, uterine realignment, pelvic pain, painful sex, back pain, alignment issues, adhesions, and much more.

My approach is flexible and intuitive, and I respond to the needs of the tissue under my hands.

Each session is unique and tailored to you. This is not a one session cure all it takes time and dedication to create softening and alignment at our core. While weekly sessions are ideal, we can work together to find a schedule that suits your needs and budget.

I can't wait to welcome you into my womb room.
