I am Lindsay Watkins...

Hi, and welcome to my little piece of the internet.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Here is a little piece of who I am, and my womb story.

First and foremost I am a mother and wife, my family is my whole world.

In my journey to be a mother, I experienced pregnancy losses, which were deeply heartbreaking. They left me feeling like my uterus was broken and I was completely numb & disassociated from my body.

After my pregnancy losses, very medicalized pregnancy/birth and mistreatment by the western medical system, I was left searching for a better way.

I was on a journey to heal in all areas and I was led back to my WOMB. To where life begins, to my centre, powerhouse, life force, and vitality.

I said YES...

to many many things... (courses, trainings, workshops) that at the time made no sense but they were a full body yes, so I went forward with complete trust that I was where I needed to be and doing what I needed to do.

All of the times I said yes led me to cyclical living, connecting, touching, and loving my sacred womb space.  To bodywork training with a focus on pelvic care & hands on hands in support. This is where  I learned  that my womb was in a retroverted position which was most likely one of the causes for my pregnancy losses.  Having my womb re-aligned and brought back to her centre was a really profound life changing moment that will stay with me always. It was the first time I  physically felt my womb under my hand and connected with her in this way.

My heartbreak and grief has forever changed me. It’s  also gifted  me with my mission to guide women through their own transformations.

This is the magic that happens in womb continuum sessions.

"When you support a woman’s belly & womb you support her whole life."

A quote by Maya Angelou, that deeply resonates with me “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”

This is how I strive to live, support my body, my family, work. It also reminds me to give myself grace for things I did not know. I have found my passion and purpose in supporting women’s bodies and guiding them through their own womb journeys.  I am committed to evolving, deepening, and expanding my skills and in every aspect of my life.

As I reflect over the last 7 years, I'm so thankful I followed my intuition and said yes to everything that has aligned me to be here.

I am so excited to welcome you into my practice and home to your womb. - Lindsay
